Embodying within it the tapestries of peace and stillness... that allow for the body to enter into this rested, clear perspective and space of balance amidst all that is going on - like the eye within the storm. // Feel free to revisit it as often as you wish in these times, and remember that this state is ALWAYS available to you, any time you go within and ask your body to slow down into this 'zero-point' in your center.

~ As always 🔸 to RECEIVE: all you need to do is listen with openness and let the music reverberate through you. The transmission carries the vibration of the healing intent itself - 'encoded' into the phrases through the language of music that our body and spirit can understand.
